Join an Upcoming Forest Therapy Walk


New Beginnings invites you on a quiet night time wander held under the new moon. When the sky turns dark, the world settles into a softer rhythm. Sounds deepen, trees breathe differently, and familiar paths feel new again. In a park inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood, we move gently through trees and open spaces. As we wander, notice what the land is like after sundown. Perhaps the coolness of the air, the way shadows rest, or the stillness that meets you. On this new moon night, something in you may be ready for a reset, for intention setting, or for a quiet beginning of its own.
You don't need to prepare or bring anything special; simply arrive, breathe, and let nature hold space for you.
Note that these free guided walks are being offered as part of my forest therapy guide training with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). Some elements of the forest therapy walk may still be in refinement, and I seek your understanding as I learn and grow through this process to eventually be a fully certified guide by end 2025.
