Meeting Point

Duration
Each Forest Therapy session lasts approximately 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on the group and the pace that feels right for the day. There is no need to rush. We will move gently with the rhythm of nature and return to the meeting point as the light softens towards evening by 7pm.
What to Wear and Bring
○ Wear what helps you feel comfortable and at ease in nature. Light breathable clothing and comfortable walking footwear are recommended.
○ Bottle of water to stay hydrated. Refills are available at water coolers.
○ Sun and insect protection (e.g. hat, sunscreen, insect repellent).
○ A sit mat or yoga mat, depending on whether you prefer to sit or lie down during moments of rest and reflection
The Forest Therapy session will take place along well-paved park paths and gentle grass slopes. The pace will be gentle with frequent pauses to rest and notice. If you have any mobility, sensory or health considerations, feel free to let us know so that we can attune the session to your needs.

Accessibility and Mobility
Weather
The Forest Therapy session will proceed in light rain; it can add a beautiful texture to the session. In the event of forecasted heavy rain, lightning or haze concerns, you will receive a text message and email at least 2 hours before the start time.
If it begins to rain during the session, a shelter will always be nearby, within a short 2 to 5 minute walk. The session programme may be adjusted as needed to ensure the safety of participants, while still offering a meaningful Forest Therapy session.
