Prepare for Your Forest Therapy

Each Forest Therapy session offers a different way of meeting nature. Some mornings invite us to welcome the day gently, listening to the soft whispers of the breeze as the day slowly comes alive. Some evenings draw us to rest beneath an open sky, watching clouds drift and light soften. On other nights, we walk beneath either the new moon or full moon, noticing how nature holds stillness and quiet reflection.
Sitting with the Sky is an evening Forest Therapy session held at the Singapore Botanic Gardens from 4.30pm to 7pm on selected evenings.
The session invites you on quiet journey of meeting and noticing. Along the way, we'll be greeted by trees of many kinds, each with its own shape, texture and way of reaching for the evening light. Spend time with these nature beings, and perhaps notice how they lean, breathe or hold space around them. Our steps will eventually lead us to an open space, where the sky stretches wide above us. Here, you're invited to rest your gaze upon the white clouds and blue sky, dressed in the day's evening hues.

Evening Session
Harvesting the light is a night Forest Therapy session held at Bidadari Park from 6.30pm to 9pm on either new moon or full moon nights.
The session invites you into a quiet evening of reflection and release. As the moon reaches its fullness, we walk slowly beneath its light, allowing what has been growing quietly within us to become visible. Along the way, we will meet the trees in their night presence, noticing how they stand in stillness, how shadows gather and soften around them. Our steps will bring us to an open space where the night sky stretches wide above. In the quiet darkness of the new moon, you may turn inwards, sensing the gentle glow within yourself, and allow a new intention to take root. In the gentle glow of the full moon, you may begin to sense what feels complete, and perhaps what is ready to be laid down.
