Let nature meet you as you are

Forest Therapy in Singapore

Forest Therapy is a gentle nature based practice, deepening over time

Slow Down
Step out of your daily pace and into nature's quieter rhythm. Forest Therapy is unhurried, with time to pause and rest.

Notice
Meet nature through your senses; light, sound, texture and breathe. Simple invitations are offered along the way, and you choose how you engage with them.

Reconnect
Reconnect with nature, with your body, and with what feels right within you. Each Forest Therapy unfolds differently, shaped by the place, the moment, and those who arrive.

Long Yuan is a certified Forest Therapy Guide in Singapore, trained under the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT). He offers gentle, guided Forest Therapy walks that centre on slowing down, noticing, and reconnecting with nature. His approach is shaped by his own personal healing journey and relationship with the natural world. He believes nature meets each participant where they are, and the guide simply helps to open the door.

Highly recommend this experience. It was a very calming, grounding and relaxing experience, and emerged from it feeling more grounded, and recharged. Definitely was in a better head space after the experience.

I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy nature in a very gentle and present way. It is a simple yet meaningful pause from daily life, and Long Yuan guides the session with great care and intention. A pro tip: arrive with a positive intention and an open attitude to being present. The walk and the guide support you, but what you receive depends on what you bring. With the right mindset, you can take away so much from the experience.

Being in nature can be so healing. Our guide helped me find a deeper connection with nature, with the trees, the plants, the rain, and the breeze.
