In consideration of the services of Ohmori (UEN: 53510961W, Principal place of business: 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28 Paya Lebar Square Singapore 409501), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, the participant hereby acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following terms and conditions:
A participant's place in a Forest Therapy session is not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment must be made within 24 hours of scheduling a Forest Therapy session. If payment is not received within 24 hours, the participant's reserved place will be cancelled without further notice.
Participants who wish to cancel their registration are required to do so at least 72 hours before the scheduled Forest Therapy session. This allows others the opportunity to take up the limited spots available. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the Forest Therapy session, or failure to attend (no-show), will be considered a late cancellation. Due to the small group size and intentional nature of each Forest Therapy session, late cancellations and no-shows cannot be rescheduled or transferred.
Forest Therapy sessions will proceed in light rain, as weather variations are considered part of the Forest Therapy session experience. However, in the event of heavy rain, lightning, or haze, the Forest Therapy session may be cancelled or rescheduled for safety reasons. Participants will be notified of any weather-related changes at least two hours before the scheduled start time via email or text message.
For paid Forest Therapy sessions, participants who cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled Forest Therapy session are eligible for a full refund or a one-time transfer to another available date. No refunds or transfers will be offered for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled Forest Therapy session. If Ohmori cancels a Forest Therapy session due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered a full refund or transfer.
As part of Ohmori's ongoing practice, some Forest Therapy sessions may be offered free of change. These Forest Therapy sessions may form part of the guide's continuing training and community engagement. Participants are encouraged to cancel early if unable to attend, to allow others to join.
Ohmori reserves the right to amend this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be reflected on the website and communicated to participates as appropriate.
