In consideration of the services of Ohmori (UEN: 53510961W, Principal place of business: 60 Paya Lebar Road #06-28 Paya Lebar Square Singapore 409501), their agents, owners, officers, volunteers, participants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf, the participant agrees to provide permission to Ohmori to take photographs and videos of the participant during Forest Therapy sessions. These photographs and videos may be used in Ohmori's promotional materials, which can include social media, the Ohmori website, printed flyers, books or videos.
At times, photographs and videos may also be shared with news agencies or publications for articles.
Ohmori promises to carefully select photographs and videos that portray participants in a respectful and positive way.
Participation in photography and videography is always optional. If a participant prefers not to be photographed, videoed or included in any media, please let us know before the Forest Therapy session begins. A participant's comfort and sense of safety are our priority, and choosing not to be photographed and videoed will not affect a participant's Forest Therapy session in any way.
